Devine Technology offers the latest specialty services. We perceive specialty spaces as the areas of your infrastructure where you maintain your active network equipment.  These areas are typically secured rooms where limited access is available to employees and contractors. Devine Technology has created a Method of Procedure (MOP) for all of our employees to follow as they work in spaces such as Data Centers, Server Rooms, MDF’s/IDF’s, Security Rooms, Manholes, and Telephone Poles.  Our highly trained team understands the importance of your network and administers great care while performing work within active rooms, while following specific change control guidelines.

Telecom Room Clean-Up:

As computer rooms age and evolve over time we understand that patching fields and server cabinets can become challenging to manage and can become quite messy.  Devine Technology has extensive experience in consulting with our clients. We can help you with correcting a cabinet or cleaning up an entire telecom room that has been mismanaged. We will arrive at a set time to rework all connections to successfully restore the space to a safe and clean work environment.

Service Support:

Our service teams work daily on the moves, additions and changes (MAC) of cable systems and connected devices, equipment rack and stack, network device patching, wireless access points, and IP cameras.  These service support systems include but are not limited to, router and circuit installs, PBX and voicemail switches, projectors and bulb replacements, video conference room codecs, and media walls and television displays.
